Thiruvananthapuram, May 10: Kerala Minister for Health, Smt K K Shailaja informed that seven new cases of Covid-19 were confirmed in Kerala today. Three of the positive cases are in Wayanad district, two from Thrissur district, and one each in Ernakulam and Malappuram districts.

 Thiruvananthapuram, May 09: Two new cases of Covid-19 were confirmed in Kerala today. Both are Pravasi Malayalees who came back from Dubai and Abu Dhabi to Kochi and Kozhikode respectively on May 07 by the first evacuation flights to Kerala. They are natives of Malappuram district.

Thiruvananthapuram, 05 May: Kerala Chief Minister, Shri Pinarayi Vijayan today welcomed the decision of the Government of India to evacuate the Pravasies and those stranded in foreign countries but expressed concern over bringing them back without Covid testing before the flights. The State is also apprehensive about the limited number of people being brought back.
